Between us we bring two decades of combined experience in clinical data intelligence, built together at Episource, where we grew the practice from the ground up: the ICD-10 and HCC coding engines, the MEAT criteria compliance systems, and the payer-specific logic that ran at production scale.
We learned the hard parts firsthand. We saw how much clinical value stays trapped in unstructured documents, how fragile hand-built pipelines become as rules change, and how much of healthcare still runs on faxes. After Episource was acquired by Optum, we set out to build the system we always wished we had: the domain-encoded, auditable layer between raw AI and the regulated decisions healthcare depends on.
